Delete your TechDeal Social Hub account

Effective date: 29 August 2026

These public instructions do not require the app and do not reveal whether any named person, email address, mobile number, installation, or workspace has a TechDeal Social Hub account.

How to request deletion

In TechDeal Social Hub, open Settings → Account → Delete TechDeal Social Hub account, reauthenticate when requested, review the scope, enter the exact confirmation, and submit. If the app is unavailable, use the authenticated deletion path at https://app.technodeal.in/social-hub/account-deletion, contact support@technodeal.in, or use https://app.technodeal.in/contact. Support verifies identity before account-specific action. Never send a password, OTP, provider token, payment credential, private key, or full purchase token.

For a login-free anonymous trial, use Delete trial/app data in the app. Local removal does not erase minimized server fraud/security evidence needed to prevent repeated trial abuse under the retention schedule.

What happens after an authenticated request is accepted

Social Hub immediately suspends normal account access and revokes active sessions, entitlements, licensed device seats, leases, and connector credentials. The authorized processor then removes or irreversibly anonymizes eligible identity, workspace, destination, campaign, selection, provider-attempt and media-reference data. A durable non-personal tombstone prevents stale snapshots from restoring deleted access or data. The target is completion within 30 days after acceptance. A request is never described as complete before processing finishes.

Truthful request states are Access suspended, Processing, Completed, Failed—retryable, or Retained for legal/security obligations.

Data and external services

Deletion does not remove content already published or sent through Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, or another third-party platform. The owner must use that provider's controls for eligible external content. Social Hub does not claim to delete Google-held Play Integrity, App Set, or future Device Recall data. The Play v1.0.8 app is free and consumption-only and has no Play subscription to cancel.

Retention after deletion

Temporary signed media-relay copies are deleted within 24 hours after successful final use or signed-link expiry and never later than seven days after upload. Operational diagnostics are retained for 90 days. Support and deletion-request receipts are retained for three years. Minimized fraud and security evidence, including one-way trial-reuse/App Set/Integrity/risk evidence, is retained for five years. Required independent website payment, tax, accounting and legal records are retained for seven years. Only affected records may be retained longer while a specific applicable tax proceeding, payment dispute, investigation, fraud/security case, or legal hold remains active.

Receipt, status and contact

After secure verification, the authenticated flow provides a request identifier, target deadline and current status. The public support path never confirms whether an arbitrary account exists. Questions may be sent to support@technodeal.in.
