1. Nature of Service (Strictly Software) We are a technology and software development company. We provide algorithmic trading software, automation tools, and quantitative analysis models (the “Software”).

Verma Traders is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using our software.

4. License, Intellectual Property (IP) & Usage Rules Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, single-user license linked to your Hardware ID (HWID). All source code, logic, and automated workflows are the exclusive Intellectual Property of TechDeal AI. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, share the software license, or bypass the AWS security protocols will result in immediate termination of your access without notice and may invite legal action.
